Asteco, a real estate and rental agent in Dubai, has released a quarterly rent guide update for Dubai for the first quarter of 2009, with some big falls in rent compared to 2008 (which everyone knows by now anyway). Dubai rent index data has been updated so now there is a comparison between RERA second half 2008, Landmark Properties rent guide for March 2009, and Asteco rent guide for Q1 2009. Asteco provides an average price for each area, the others provide a range (take the midpoint as an average).
