Aswaaq supermarkets and community center list updated with Aswaaq Umm Suqeim details. Aswaaq Um Suqeim opened 15 September 2009 with a supermarket, in Umm Suqeim 3 near the Kings Dubai school and the Raffles International schools. There’s a French Bakery which will apparently be open 24 hours a day, but it looks a little way off completion at the moment. Downstairs is the supermarket with the usual range of goodies. A moderate sized store, smaller than Spinneys Umm Suqeim back towards Bur Dubai, and no pork. But you can buy some home appliances. Upstairs are shops but none are open yet. Maybe in a couple of months they said.
