Bolton University RAK fees and location updated. Not clear from fees information on BUR (or UBR?) if the tuition fee figures of AED 25,000-27,000 for undergraduate degrees are per year or for the whole course. Presumably per year, seems too cheap for a 3 or 4 year Bachelor course.
University of Bolton Ras Al Khaimah press release 24 October 2009 about the visit of the Vice Chancellor of the UK University of Bolton, Dr George Holmes, to RAK on 15 October 2009, said “Since the university’s relocation to a 90,000 sq ft area at the RAF FTZ Academy Zone, its popularity has continued to grow.” UoBR website still has a photo of one of the old Nakheel apartment blocks as the location (7 storey building?). Have they really moved? Apparently to the RAK Academy Zone.
But a Gulf News report 24 October 2009 says “Also among its plans is the development of a 5,000 square metre piece of land, allocated by the RAK Free Trade Zone, to build a new campus.” Which sounds very small.
Bolton University in RAK also offering MBA degrees now? Added to MBA UAE university list.
