Bur Dubai apartment rent guide updated with RERA rent index values for 2009Q3 (date updated on RERA website unknown). Some decreases in apartment rents, some unchanged, and one or two increases. Freehold areas not included. Will update them later. Most significant changes were
- Al Barsha and Umm Hureir studios fell about AED 10k
- Al Barsha rents overall fell AED 10k-20k.
- Al Jaffiliya / Jafiliyah 1 bedroom apartments actually rose by AED 10k-15k to AED 55k-70k annual rent (perhaps the Dubai Metro effect?)
- Oud Metha studios fell from AED 55k-65k to AED 40k-45k
- Most other areas fell AED5k-10k or didn’t change.
