Dubai driving license no conversion for anyone according to new rules being implemented, or planned, or something. But not yet, and it’s not the first time we’ve heard that. Apparently some think that Dubai driving will be less mad if those drivers from some countries with licence exchange agreements with the UAE have to do a driving test. Well there’s a simple way to test that. Compare population proportions with accident proportions and nationalities … actually I think Dubai Police have already done that. I can’t remember which nationalities came out on top.
