Dubai Metro tickets information updated with table of fares, prices and Nol card information. Passengers will need one of 4 different types of Nol cards (Red, Blue, Silver, Gold) to travel on the Dubai Metro. The Nol card will act as a ticket, and the correct fare will be automatically deducted from the Nol card somewhere between when a passenger enters a Dubai Metro station and hops on a Dubai Metro train. For single journeys, the ticket price is presumably deducted from the Nol card on exit after calculating the correct amount. The Dubai Metro Red Line starts up first, on 09 September 2009, and the Dubai Metro Green Line in March 2010.
