Landmark Properties published a guide for Dubai apartment rents and Dubai villa rents with price ranges for March 2009. As everyone is well aware, there have been substantial drops in annual rents compared to late in 2008, and the Landmark guide is showing much lower prices than the RERA Dubai rent index for the second half of 2008, which was released earlier this year.
