Global Recruitment Consultants are an organisation that have been around for a few years, under various names, offering teaching jobs in Dubai and the UAE at schools that no one can ever find. Global Recruiters charge applicants visa fees which is an immediate giveaway that not all is above board, and then various other indicators bring the word scam to mind. For example misrepresenting UAE Education Ministry officials, using .tk domain names to frame UAE immigration and education websites, Dubai and UAE addresses that don’t exist or don’t make sense, and so on.
