Dulwich College Abu Dhabi (DCAD) was announced by WAM, the UAE news agency, and is expected to have an opening date sometime in 2012 on Saadiyat Island. An agreement was signed between the Tourism Development and Investment Corporation (TDIC) of Abu Dhabi, and Dulwich College Management International (DCMI) to develop the new school. Previous news had indicated that a Dulwich College in Dubai was on the cards. Looks like Dubai missed out.
