I had a look through the Fly Dubai website and tried the booking engine (as far as I could without actually parting with any money). Prices start from about AED 250 (one way) but you have to add AED 200 if you want the option of being able to change your flight times. Prices do include taxes though. One oddity was that the flight times given after booking were much longer than what their timetable said: 4h 35m Dubai to Amman, 11h 10m Amman to Dubai, 4h 25m Dubai to Beirut, 11h 20m Beirut to Dubai. Looks like passengers might be catching the bus part of the way …
