The Hamrain Center legal dispute shifted in favor of the Hamarains today - the Dubai Court of Cassation upheld an appeal by the Hamarains to overturn a previous decision of the Dubai Commercial Court of Appeals which had ruled in favor of the other party, the Bu Risli, or Burisly, family. So it looks like now the Hamarains are back in charge of the shopping mall.
