JESS Dubai and JESS Arabian Ranches fees information updated for 2009-2010. JESS, or Jumeirah English Speaking School, is the primary school in Al Safa (rather than Jumeirah 3, which is the area closer to the coast), and JESS Arabian Ranches is in the Arabain Ranches (which most people usually guess correctly). Both JESS schools were awarded an “Outstanding” rating (out of a totla of 4) by the KHDA in the Dubai school rankings held earlier in 2009, which entitles them to increase their fees by 15%. It looks like they did just that.
