MSU Dubai Transfer Scholarships were offered to students interested in transferring from other universities to Michigan State University in Dubai for January 2010, with a 50% discount on fees for the duration of the course up to 4 years. Apparently very successful according to an MSU press release on 08 December 2009, but annoyed other universities in Dubai according to an article in The National on 12 December 2009. Maybe this will spark off a war of scholarship offers in Dubai, driving down university fees?
