Added a list for Dubai new schools - schools planning to open, or newly opened within the past couple of years. Page should reset each year and drop off older schools automatically. Schools planning to open (or opened) in 2009 are:
- Bradenton School Dubai - US curriculum school with IB opening September 2009
- JSS School Dubai - Indian primary school with CBSE, opened March 2009
- Kings College Dubai - continuation of the Kings Dubai primary school which opened in September 2004, KC expects to open in September 2009
- Oundle School Dubai - to be established by the UK Oundle School in Jumeirah Park but not much information available, is it really going to open in 2009?
- GEMS Wellington Academy - in Dubai Silicon Oasis
