The RERA website Dubai rent index guide that was updated last week, has been reset to 2008 H2 values. Do not assume the table of Dubai rent index values are officially correct. The rent guide tables haven’t been changed for the time being until it’s clear what is happening. Maybe RERA are updating values. Hopefully they’re leaving them as the 2008 H2 prices.
The RERA rent index has been set back to 2009 Q1 values, at least for the ones checked. So the rent index tables should be correct again.
