Stargate Dubai edutainment center was opening for Eid Al Fitr 2009 according to news last week. So exact opening date of Stargate Dubai is today, 20 September 2009, as it’s the first day of Eid after Ramadan ended yesterday? Stargate is in Zabeel Park, entry via Gate 4 across Sheikh Rashid Rd from Karama. Anyone been yet? What’s the new Star Gate like? Suitably spacey?
Stargate has nothing WOW to offer & it is rather average. This amusement park has nothing to do with the concept of a real space theme park “as they claim”. The rides are boring & the entire experience is below expectation. Take the kids to Sega Republic @ Dubai Mall for real fun.
